RETURNS:

Portobello Papers has a NO RETURN policy on all custom orders. We take the proofing process very seriously. Your proof approval is permission to print your order and any reprints will be an additional charge to you. Requesting a proof is always a good idea.

All errors found must be reported in writing to support@portobellopapers.com within one business day of receipt, otherwise we cannot guarantee timely correction of the order. Generally, orders with errors made by the brands we carry will be reprinted at no charge and shipped as soon as possible. Orders that include an error made by the customer will be reprinted at the customer’s expense and processed as quickly as possible. A “sympathy” discount may apply, and additional shipping charges will apply. Each of our brands has a separate policy regarding error & returns, so please contact us in writing at support@portobellopapers.com should an error occur. Portobello Papers will do its best to correct the situation in a timely manner!
